Which package is best for me?

One of the main reasons we’re very excited about our new packages is that we’re now able to offer you a financial solution that best fits the need of your business. For example, at a high level these are some general use cases for which our different packages are designed:

  • Access: For businesses looking to cover short-term or recurring operational expenses such as software subscriptions, business trips, or even ongoing marketing ad campaigns. But all your team members have access to a card.
  • Next: Digital payments now come into the picture with our Next package. You’ll be able to easily pay your best vendors no matter they’re local or international. Most importantly, all these digital payments will be sent from your Tribal credit line. This means that you’ll be able to use your cash elsewhere until it’s time to pay your Tribal invoice.
  • Capital: Most expansion aspirations require heftier investments. So being able to repay with extended terms will not only let you cope with seasonalities, but it will also buy you enough time to set money on the side to repay these investments, without compromising your cash for daily operations.
Can I change my package over time?

Absolutely. Our assigned Customer Success managers will keep a close watch on your account, so they can help you represent your business needs at any time. If you’re brand new to Tribal, as a rule of thumb, we ask new customers to show 3 months of account utilization and on-time payments for them to apply for additional or different packages.

How does your invoicing work?

Pretty straightforward. You’ll receive your invoice at the end of the month and that’s when you need to pay it.

Can I make payments outside México?

Yes, you can send local payments and international payments all through the same “payments” tab in your profile.

What are the cost of each package?

Tribal is strongly committed to offer financial access to SMEs in LATAM. This is why most of our effort goes towards offering high quality products with the most fair and competitive financing costs. We also don’t charge for account management, cards issuance, annuities, platform subscription, or even transactional service fees. The financing fees we charge are strictly based on your credit utilization.
